Shipping Policy
GunsWrap provides free worldwide shipping on orders over $100. For free shipping to the US, you need to purchase items worth $25 or more. For Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, $150 or more, as only courier express delivery is currently available for these countries. All you have to do is select your country under your shipping address during checkout. Orders placed before 10:00 am will be shipped the same day. However, most orders ship the next business day.
We currently offer 2 shipping methods.
1. USPS First-Class Package/Mail Parcel, delivery time 4-7 business days in the United States.
2. USPS Priority Mail Express Expedited Shipping 1-2 Business Days in the US.
The time and cost of international delivery depends on the carrier you selected at the time of ordering. And it can be from 10 to 35 days.
We offer a tracking number for every US shipment. When shipping internationally by economy, no tracking number is provided.
An email confirmation of receipt of payment by GunsWrap is sent immediately after receipt of payment. Our delivery confirmation email, which contains the tracking number of the package, is sent immediately after the package has been shipped (usually within 1 business day). All of our emails are sent to the email address that was entered at checkout.
After the order has been shipped, the customer must track the tracking number to ensure successful delivery.
If more than 7 business days have passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our customers can return or exchange the goods within 60 days. To return or exchange an item, you must contact us.
If you received your order from GunsWrap and there are other products in it or something is missing, we apologize for the error in sending. Please contact us immediately and provide order information, including the order number and contents of the package you received. If your package contains the wrong product or something is missing, we will send you the order again
Our procedures for guaranteeing and returning the main solutions to problems with defective goods and / or unwanted goods. However, customers are still able to file a chargeback if they paid with a credit card. When a customer chooses a system (return of our system, our guarantee procedure or chargeback), he must use this system during the duration of the claim, unless the claim is canceled.
Here are a few basic principles that GunsWrap manages the process for authorizing returns, warranties and refunds:
